Winemaking:
The grapes come from a 35-year-old vineyard on the Quinta da Manoella property with southwest exposure. Harvest was planned for the third week of September under perfect weather conditions. All previously selected and destemmed grapes were trodden by foot in stone vats during the entire fermentation process (8 days). The stage was developed in old French oak barrels for 16 months.

Dark red color. On the nose, sweet black cherry, chocolate soufflé, blackcurrant and sour cherries. In the mouth, pure harmony, rich fruit and cherry aromas, fine tannins. A full-bodied and charming finish.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
