Winemaking:
Vinified in wooden vats with post-fermentation maceration, it aged for about 14 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
It has an intense, well-defined aroma with minty notes and hints of dark chocolate and eucalyptus. Fresh and lively mouth, well married with powerful tannins, in a long and intense finish.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and matured cheeses.
