Winemaking:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 25º C, followed by a long maceration. Aging in new and second year French oak barrels for 18 months.

Deep garnet red color. Mineral aromas, plums, blackberries and spices on the nose. Soft, with robust and complex tannins that give it great aging potential. Red fruits blend elegantly into the structure. Ends with persistent notes of black fruits.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
