Winemaking:
Mechanically harvested overnight. Total destemming. Maceration before fermentation for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (21ºC-25ºC) in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with oak staves. Part of the blend was aged in French oak barrels.
