Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Total detimming. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 26/27ºC. Aging for 1 year in new 300L French oak barrels.

With a garnet color, it has an excellent aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and a slight touch of spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a clear presence of well-ripe tannins, showing a good complexity ending with a long aftertaste.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.Allergens:
