Winemaking:
Since your vineyard is planted in "Pé Franco", this vineyard has a production of 800Kg per hectare, approximately one bunch per vine. Fermentation in Tonel (10-12 days). Stage in new 500l Vosges and Nevers oak barrels for 22 months.
