Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes for 20 kg boxes at the end of August. Rest of the grapes for 24 hours in a cold chamber and pressing of the whole grapes with total absence of oxygen. 50% of the must fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The remaining 50% fermented in French oak barrels with a capacity of 225L at an average temperature of 18ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, 50% of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with weekly bâtonnage. The remaining 50% aged in stainless steel vats.

Very elegant aroma with fruity notes and some floral wrapped in a soft toast. Enveloping and smooth in the mouth, its polished tannins reveal the delicacy of aging in barrels and give the whole a lot of freshness, personality and character.Store and serve advice:
