Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand, in 20kg boxes, at their ideal maturation point, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats, thus allowing the quality constituents of the skins to pass into the wine. Aged for 16 months in 2nd year 400L French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Vibrant and deep colour, young and fresh aroma, complex, where the fruity and floral character predominates, with hints of spices conferred by the wood, very discreet and well integrated. Balanced, lively, medium-bodied, with good character and fruit intensity. Fine and long finish.Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC. Keep the bottle in a horizontal position away from direct light.Food Pairing:
Pairs mainly with rich dishes of meat, game and cheeses with a strong flavor.Allergens:
