Tasting Notes:
Ruby color full of accentuated reflections. Aromatic with notes of ripe fruit and blackberry and cassis jam in perfect harmony with the wood that, although present, never overlaps. In the mouth it is broad and well constituted denoting a well balanced wine. Good and refined aftertaste, full of personality.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

It can be paired with well-structured and flavorful red meat and game dishes, roasted cod and half-aged cheeses.
