Winemaking:
Mechanical crushing, fermentation in 8 ton vats with complete tanning with temperature control. Aged 1 year in bottle.

Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Moreto, Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Aromatic, balanced and distinct wine. It has personality, with good fruit in the aroma, associated with excellent structure and sobriety.
Store and serve advice:
It must be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent pairing with meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheese.
