Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 2 years in new French oak barrels, followed by 8 years in bottle.

Garnet color. On the nose it presents black fruit, very ripe plum, spices, complex finish with notes of dried fruits. Very balanced mouth with present acidity that gives it an excellent freshness. Wood very well integrated.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
Intense cheeses, oilseeds, game dishes, intense dishes, confit pork belly, migas with spare ribs.Allergens:
