Winemaking:
Produced from grapes harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning, immediately sent to the cellar and carefully selected on a conveyor. The result of gentle pressing with brief pellicular maceration to extract the most primary aromas. Statically clarified must at 10ºC in stainless steel vats, where fermentation took place between 13ºC and 14ºC.

It has a citrine color in a clear and bright appearance. The aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as passion fruit and papaya stand out, with a slight mineral suggestion. In the mouth it is round, elegant, with balanced acidity, good structure and volume. Long, fresh and soft aftertaste.Store and serve advice:

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with spicy seafood or grilled white meat and vegetable dishes from the Mediterranean diet.Allergens:
