Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet color, aromas of plum jam and ripe red fruits. Luminous perception of spices and chocolate. In the mouth it presents great elegance, it is well balanced and of long persistence. A very characteristic wine.
Store and serve advice:
It must be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent pairing with meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheese.
