Tasting Notes:
Deep impact at first contact on the nose, with lots of cedar, spices, paprika, cassis and earth. In the mouth it is intense, with the same experience felt in the smell, with very present but very fine tannins. A full, long and persistent palate.
Store and serve advice:
It must be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent pairing with meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheese.
