Winemaking:
After strict maturation control and selective manual harvesting, the grapes are gathered in 20kg boxes, then destemmed and crushed and sent to stainless steel vats to ferment at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
