Winemaking:
Manual harvesting in calcareous and clayey soils. It fermented and aged without temperature control in clay vats and stainless steel vats for one year. Aged in French oak for another year.

Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:
An Atlantic wine, with balanced acidity and freshness, which represents its terroir very well. The wine features notes of red fruits, wood and spices. It is an exotic, complex, long and fresh wine with balsamic notes.
Store and serve advice:
Keep the bottle in a horizontal position away from direct light. Ideal to serve between 14/16ºC.

Baked Fish, Codfish and Red Meat dishes.
