Aged for 12 months in Cocciopesto Amphora (1000 lts) and Terracotta Tinajas (150 lts).

Tasting Notes:
The gravity of the Alfrocheiro, the juiciness and viscosity of the Tinta Grossa form sensations that fill our memory and bring to mind wines that echo primitive voices. In the end, the mineral perception and tension of the Berry and a firmness for the 12-month aging in amphora of “Cocciopesto”.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
