Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
structure of this wine should be paired with "Polvo à Lagareiro" – octopus tentacles in roasted potatoes with olive oil and garlic. Pork bun soup. Alentejo-style chickpea stew with mint.
