Winemaking:
The different varieties of grapes are harvested separately and at night in a state-closed vineyard for the winery. The whole grains, free of stems, well selected and cleaned, are poured into French oak vats Seguin Moreau for fermentation, with controlled temperature. Fermentation is therefore delayed to enrich the flavor of the wine, before placing it in Seguin Moreau Icon French oak barrels to age (like any great “chateau” wine) for at least 24 months. The bottling process is preceded by filtration and final blending. The bottles stay in the cellar for at least 5 years before leaving the cellar. Its structure allows for a good evolution in the bottle which, kept at the right temperature, can age for a very long period.
