Winemaking:
The grapes were trodden by foot in traditional wine presses. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and manual pumping over. Aged for 12 months in Allier French oak barrels.

Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of red fruits. In the mouth it is very soft with strong tannins.
Store and serve advice:
Potential aging in bottle. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with meat, pasta. Lamb or game dishes.
