Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by variety and vineyard plots in 20kg boxes. After being chosen and completely destemmed, they are crushed. Then the grapes are sent to the fermentation vat where they remain for at least 5 days to ferment at a temperature of 26/27ºC. After this process, they undergo a final pressing before being stored in a vat.
