Winemaking:
Mission, is a small century-old vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxera vines over 100 years old. Cultivation and harvesting are completely manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes is destemmed, and the percentage of the whole grape depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the extraction is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The production only fills a traditional 500 liter barrel where it stays for 18 months.

BerryTasting Notes:
A wine notable for its pure Berry expression. While young, the aromas are reminiscent of violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with a long aging potential.Store and serve advice:
