Winemaking:
After gently pressing the grapes, the clear juice fermented 50% in used barrels and 50% in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Salty aromas intertwined with ruby fruit: strawberry, raspberry, some glowing plum and minerality. Medium body and easy satiety.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
