Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested during the cooler periods of the day, arriving at the cellar fresh and intact. Afterwards, they are chosen and distributed according to the characteristics that the oenology team wants for the batch to be produced. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats after a long skin maceration. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it remains for at least 4 months, ensuring the development of some complexity, without ever losing its varietal aromas.
