Winemaking:
A summer wine that shows the fresher and more uncomplicated side of the Alentejo. In this wine, the grapes were trodden by foot with the whole bunch and pressed the next day. The must fermented spontaneously, without skins, in an 1843 vase, resulting in a total production of 430 bottles. Bottled in July.

On the nose it shows red fruits, holy grass and pepper. In the mouth, firm but balanced tannins, lend complexity to the wine. Long and velvety aftertaste. A wine that is assumed as a tribute to summer: fresh, aromatic and complex.Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 16°C or even slightly chilled.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with Italian food or grilled meats. Also perfect as an aperitif.Allergens:
