Winemaking:
After manual harvesting of the pre-selected plots, during which the grapes were carefully chosen, they were cooled to 5ºC, followed by total destemming and gentle crushing. This was followed by pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, ending with a long post-fermentation maceration. Throughout this process, the usual deletions and pumping over were carried out with great rigor and control, in order to obtain a high quality aromatic and phenolic component. The 3 varieties that make up the batch were vinified and always aged separately. Aged for 24 months in 11 new 300lt French oak barrels. It was during this period that the final batch was designed, with numerous tastings that marked a very demanding and sensitive organoleptic selection of the best barrels, which, in addition to individual quality, surpassed the whole, and gave rise to a unique wine.

Deep and dense ruby color. Its intense aroma is marked by a perfect combination of ripe black and red fruits, such as blackberry and plum, floral notes of violet, nuances of tobacco leaves and some spices. Very concentrated, with robust, complex and very smooth tannins, with a lively acidity, but very well integrated, it is a wine with great aging potential.
