Winemaking:
Vinification at controlled temperature between 25ºC-28ºC followed by prolonged maceration for about 30 days. Stage 18 months in oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle.

Intense garnet color. Fine and complex aroma where ripe fruit stands out with a touch of jam combined with vanilla and light spices from the woody environment. In the mouth it is full-bodied, denoting a solid structure, slightly acidic and with soft tannins leading to a prolonged and persistent finish revealing all its complexity and balance.Store and serve advice:
Best served at 18ºC and served in an appropriate glass to enhance its characteristics.Food Pairing:
