Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color with noticeable violet tones. Intense and complex aroma, wild fruits are well known, very ripe red fruits and their jam. It also has floral notes and spicy notes. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, well structured and with a remarkable final persistence.
Store and serve advice:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for matured cheeses and other meat and fish dishes.
