Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes in September, 100% destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 24/26ºC for 9 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It aged 4 years in the bottle before being released. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.Grape Varieties:

Closed red color with garnet hints. Intense and fresh floral aroma, in a very complex and balanced set. In the mouth it is delicate, fresh and very persistent. Rich spicy and floral notes, fine and elegant tannins, long and persistent finish.Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC. Keep the bottle in a horizontal position away from direct light. Due to the organoleptic characteristics, a very positive aging in the bottle is expected over 10/15 years.Food Pairing:
Perfect companion for meat roasts or traditional Portuguese cuisine. It also goes well with strong cheeses.Allergens:
