Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Total destemming. Fermentation in open barrels at low temperatures. Decanting in new and used 225L French oak barrels for 18 months. It aged for 12 months in the bottle before going to the market. Each of the cousins chose their favorite barrel to create the blend that best characterizes them.

Concentrated ruby color. Deep and elegant aroma. Notes of spices, black fruits and chocolate. In the mouth great acidity and structure. Noble tannins, good texture and great balance. Long and dense finish. It will age beautifully in the bottle.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.Allergens:
