Vinification:
Harvest by Hand. Total destemming. Fermentation took place in open barrels at low temperature. Decanting in new and used 225L French oak barrels for 18 months. 12 months aging in the bottle before going to the market. Winemakers choose their favorite barrel to create the batch that best characterizes them.

Concentrated, ruby color. Complexity in the aroma, with notes of black fruit, pepper, vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied with spicy notes that express the classic style of Dão wines. Noble tannins, good texture with great balance. Long, structured and deep finish. It will age beautifully in the bottle.Store and serve advice:
It can be consumed immediately or over the next few years, as long as it is kept in a cool, shady place. Serve perfect 16º C.Pairing with food:
