Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats and in particular in horizontal rotating vats (vinimatics).
Grape Vaarieties:
Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Garnet with purple reflections. The aroma surprises with a freshness of mint and eucalyptus. In the mouth it has a touch of spices combined with berries and with a smooth and elegant finish.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with meat dishes, red meat and ground game and dishes with cream sauces.
