Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by separate fermentation in small vats, with mechanical treading. Malolactic followed by barrels used for up to 10 months.

The olfactory impact is good, marked by a light but attractive fruit, with the grape varieties and good dialogue without any batch verification. Very elegant and easy to taste on the palate, a red wine has a very accessible style and can be a great companion for the next two years.
