Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with ideal maturation criteria where bunches are carefully selected. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Vinified with all the necessary care to preserve the typicality and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. To preserve the quality of this wine, it is not stabilized by cold, it is a natural product subject to deposits over time.

Clear and bright purple color, good sensation of aromatic freshness, with notes of great complexity reminiscent of wild fruits from the Douro, cistus and violet tones, balsamic, with notes of toast and chocolate. Structured and dense, but very elegant. Well integrated, voluminous, with ripe tannins and a velvety, exuberant finish with excellent persistence.Store and serve advice:
