Winemaking:
Total destemming, prolonged pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color with violet tones. Intense in ripe red fruits with pleasant toasted notes. Fruity, smooth, full-bodied with a harmonious finish.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

To accompany grilled fish, white and red meats and structured cheeses.
