Winemaking:
Wine produced with hand-picked and selected grapes, immediately sent to the cellar where it is gently pressed in order to preserve all the varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with a temperature controlled between 24ºC and 26ºC, in order to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

It is painted in a beautiful garnet color. It is in the vegetable, balsamic and ripe red fruit aromas that it revives and illuminates our olfactory memory. In the mouth it is elegant and deep, with a fruity finish, a sublime feeling that only a red born by the sea makes us experience.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Great combination with meat dishes, as it is a fresh and elegant wine. It is a good partner of the noblest national cheeses.
