Deep red color. Aroma of black fruits, stew, cereals and mocha. In the mouth it has a creamy texture, with hints of vanilla and pineapple in a very balanced acidity.

Best served at a temperature of 18ºC.

Ideal with steak, chorizo, lamb and mushrooms.
