Winemaking:
The grapes go straight to the press without destemming or crushing; 48 hours of cold decantation; Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC. 100% aging in vats.

Tasting Notes:
Lemon color. Notes of pear, nectarine and yellow fruits. Fresh, mineral with hints of honeysuckle on a lingering finish.
