Winemaking:
The grapes of the different varieties are harvested according to their maturation and vinified separately. The destemming is complete and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, the steps being carried out by a robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging are in new and used French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Notes of menthol, cassis and black fruits harmonized with hints of toast from the barrel where it aged. In the mouth it is a structured and elegant wine, with soft tannins. The finish is very long and persistent.Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 15 -16ºC.Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, roast fish, cod drizzled with olive oil and cheese.Allergens:
