Winemaking:
Organic wine from 100% Jaen/Mencia grape varieties grown in vineyards planted in granite soils, located in the village of Vermiosa, in the heart of the International Douro Natural Park, at an average altitude of 700 m. Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming, followed by crushing and cooling. Fermentation between 22 - 26ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aged for 8 months in French (2/3) and American (1/3) oak barrels.

Intense and fruity aroma of ripe cherries and raspberries, balanced with very discreet notes of aging in barrels. In the mouth it is ample, with soft and voluminous tannins, with a very fresh and long finish.Store and serve advice:

This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
