Winemaking:
After a careful selection of the grapes, they were pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 16ºC for three weeks.

Tasting Note:
Open straw color. Fresh and fruity aroma. Soft and fresh in the mouth with a persistent finish.
Store and serve advice:
It should be drunk very cool at a temperature of 6 to 8º C. It is ready to drink but can age for about 5 years in the bottle, depending on the environment in which it is stored.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant dishes based on fresh vegetables or gratin, starters such as oysters or asparagus in butter sauce or dishes with fatty fish such as salmon.
