Winemaking:
Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-maceration fermentation at 34ºC to increase enzymatic function; pre-selected yeast; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22-24ºC); light reassembly (pumping). Aging 70% of the wine aged in second and third year French barrels for 10 months; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel vats.

Ruby red color. Very concentrated and complex, ripe fruit with hints of vanilla due to aging in oak barrels. Very elegant and structured. Long finish with persistent notes of ripe fruit.Store and serve advice:

It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, pasta and soft soft cheeses.Allergens:
